The following policy (the 'Privacy Policy') will have effect between the legal company or independent lawyer hereby named as 'Customer' and the website www.Just-Searching.com (the 'Website') registered in France under commercial name IntegrallPaie, hereby named as 'Vendor'.

According to the law n° 2018-493 from 20 June 2018 related to the protection of personals data, published in French Official Journal no. 0141 on 21 June 2018 (JORF n°0141 du 21 juin 2018), the Vendor has the obligation to manage safety and only for the mentioned purposes, specified below, all the information provided by the Customer.

The purpose of asking your personal information is for the followings:

• to list the Customer professional profile on www.Just-Searching.com
• to send offers, advertising and marketing messages

The data collected from professionals are as following:

• contact details: address, telephone number, fax number, website, e-mail
• competences areas
• photos and/or company logo
• professional description: studies, education, publications etc.

Third party sharing information: The Vendor does not share the Customer personal data to any third party, defined by law as 'a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or body other than the data subject, controller, processor and persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorised to process personal data'.

Obligations: The Vendor has no responsibility regarding to the content and information provided by the Customer. The Customer has the obligation to provide correct and accurate information. The Customer enable the Vendor to submit, post, upload, or otherwise make available (collectively, “post”) content such as photographs, logo, contact details (as: address, telephone number, fax number, website, e-mail), competences areas, photos and company logo, description (studies, education, publications etc.) and other content. You acknowledge and agree that all Customer content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted shall be subject to our Policy and is the sole responsibility of the person from whom the content originated. You further agree that you have all required rights to post such content without violation of any third-party rights.

Pricing Disclaimer: All prices listed by Vendor are subject to change without notice but the price you paid at the time of purchase remains unchanged.

Limit of Liability: Customer agrees that he will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Vendor against all claims, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, expenses and costs (including without limitation court costs and reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with Customer content posted.

Update or delete your information: The Customer may correct, update or ask to be deleted its data by sending an email to office@just-searching.com.
