Nicolas Martin de Vidales joined Vialegis Abogados in 2013 (Madrid, Spain). Previous he was Managing Partner at Usia y Martin de Vidales Abogados, a firm founded in 1994 by the employment and labor relations law expert Alfonso Ussia and Nicolas.

Nicolas is a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 1988 and has extensive legal experience in international commercial transactions, corporate and commercial law, banking & finance law, litigation & arbitration. He speaks English, French and Spanish.

Throughout his 20+ years' career, Nicolas has also developed an excellent reputation as a civil and commercial litigator both in judicial and arbitration proceedings. He is further admitted as Arbitrator member of the Court of Arbitration of the Madrid Bar Association (2009) and as Court-appointed Administrator in insolvency proceedings (2004).
